Set within a 32-acre vineyard in Pokolbin, this project involved the design of a manager’s residence and a series of 5-star, self-contained tourist villas. Each boutique studio villa was designed to offer an intimate connection to the landscape, featuring a private deck and an outdoor spa. The project’s enduring commercial success is a testament to its design, maintaining a perfect 5/5 rating on Trip Advisor (2025) and holding the #1 ranking out of all similar villa properties in the area.
