This project revitalised an existing three-storey residence, transforming it into a contemporary home tailored to its prominent Scenic Drive location. The scope involved a complete upgrade of the external envelope, utilising robust new cladding and a defined new entry point to enhance street appeal. Internally, the layout was modernised with refreshed finishes and the seamless integration of a lift, ensuring effortless connection between all three levels of the home.
